The Book Of My Hair , 2018

I've had alopecia for more than a decade.
It's a stubborn disease. I know enough
about it, I've been to a lot of hospitals but
different treatments have failed to cure it.
During this long period of illness, my men-
tality is also slowly changing. From the
anxiety and fear at the beginning to the
boredom and giving up in the long term,
and now gradual adaption to its existence,
I slowly reduce its impact on my life with a
peaceful and patient state of mind. In the
project of The Book of My Hair, I recorded
my state during the illness, and finally com-
piled a handmade book by combining the
archives and diaries.
